︎Items are shipped out within a week of the order being placed. 

︎Once shipping label is printed, customer will recieve an email with tracking information.

︎Once placed, orders CAN NOT be changed.

Return and Exchange

︎Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no returns on purchases, Exchanges are ONLY accepted when you have received the wrong items.

︎Due to health regulations, we will only accept product that has not been altered and is in its original condition (i.e has not been open nor used). Contact us within 5 days of receiving the incorrect merchandise. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Upon return please use USPS with a tracking number.

︎Once your item has been received you will receive an email. After exchange has been inspected we will notify you if your purchased item has been accepted or denied.

︎All cosmetic orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible.

Lost/Stolen Packages

︎We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

︎All packages comes with a tracking number. USPS updates their system each time they lay hands on your package.

︎A claim can also be filed with USPS if they have lost your package. You can do this by typing in "USPS File a Claim" in your browser and follow the instructions.
